Welcome to the Special Education PAC!

Thursday, January 26th - 7 - 9pm, Joyce MS Auditorium

Executive Function

Kelly Robinson, from Thinking Outside the Classroom, received her PhD in Communication Science and Disorders from Emerson College.  She has spoken both nationally and internationally.

Executive Function involves "the global skills of self-awareness, planning, initiation, flexibility, follow-through and self-restraint". **

Students with executive function deficits will struggle with schoolwork, homework and daily routines.  Come learn what it is and how to combat it.

The Woburn Special Education Parents' Advisory Committee (PAC) is a state-mandated advisory group that provides education and support for parents, guardians and educators of children ages 3 to 22 years old who have special education needs. We are a city-wide organization of parents working together with teachers, administrators, the school committee and the community to provide an educational environment that is innovative, challenging, safe and nurturing for all children.
